Mary C. Franczak, President
Ms. Franczak's strategic vision and extensive experience in Affirmative Action and Human Resource Management further strengthens THOMAS HOUSTON's position as one of the leaders in Affirmative Action Compliance services. She is a subject matter expert in both Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity and oversees the Sales & Contracts division. Ms. Franczak has held positions in Human Resource Management in the banking industry with Affirmative Action compliance as one of her prime responsibilities.
Sue Abbondante, Manager Projects and Compliance
Ms. Abbondante fully understands the requirements of a successful Affirmative Action Program and represents our clients in on-site compliance evaluation meetings with the OFCCP.  Her in-depth knowledge of the ever changing regulations and astute organizational skills allow her to effectively manage the overall Affirmative Action process,  She develops and conducts affirmative action training programs for executive, management, supervisory and human resource professionals, as well as, webinars covering new regulations, new Executive Orders, proposed regulation changes, and revisions to statistical analyses requirements.
Maribel Gregory, Project & Strategic Business Manager

Ms. Gregory provides insightful perspective regarding Affirmative Action/EEO Industry best practices.  Her span of human resource experience includes Talent Acquisition, HR Training and Development and HR Project Management. She has managed the development of Affirmative Action Plans, I-9 Audits to isolate deficiencies and recommend improvements, represents companies in OFCCP compliance evaluations, and provides various on-site and web-based EEO and Affirmative Action related training to HR professionals and hiring managers.

Carla Behrenberg, Manager, Data Analysis
Ms. Behrenberg excels in the field of data analysis with her thorough understanding of the data elements required to produce an Affirmative Action Plan and developing reports to facilitate useful client implementation.   Her extensive knowledge, experience and insight offer flexibility in adapting client-provided data, verifying data consistency and logic, and generating results that meet the affirmative action reporting requirements.  She is instrumental in analysis for compliance evaluations, compensation reporting and EEO1 and VETS-4212 reporting.

Thomas H. Nail, President and CEO, Emeritus

Thomas H. Nail is the founder of THOMAS HOUSTON, a human resource management consultancy, which he began in 1978. The firm, whose core business is in equal employment opportunity and affirmative action, serves a nationwide client base from its offices in metropolitan Washington, DC and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Tom is a longtime member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and had served on SHRM’s Workplace Diversity Committee from 1981 to 2000. He assisted in the development and publication of SHRM’s Equal Employment Opportunity Manual for Managers and Supervisors and had authored numerous articles and white papers for SHRM publications. As a former member of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program’s National Liaison Committee, he assisted in writing the OFCCP Federal Contract Compliance Manual.
