Desk Audit Preparation and Representation

In response to the receipt of a scheduling letter from the OFCCP, or EEO program plan requirements from the FTA, THOMAS HOUSTON will prepare your organization's existing or newly developed Affirmative Action Plan for a desk audit review.

 

We will perform an in-depth review by:

  • Updating/correcting data, including all required information in the itemized listing in the scheduling letter
  • Performing a Data Accuracy Assessment (DAA) on plan data
  • Identification and documentation of good faith efforts (i.e. job service posting, EEO/Affirmative Action policy dissemination, etc.)
  • Preparing the Affirmative Action Plan narrative designed to address specific problem areas in more depth and minimize the possibility of an on-site evaluation
  • Coordinating and assisting in the research necessary to actively address the problem areas that are raised during the desk audit

 

At your request, representation can be provided at the desk audit stage. Our consultants can respond on your company's behalf to any OFCCP or FTA requests for additional plan information or research.
